General Condition

Contract between you and me:

We get to know each other in a personal encounter and conclude in an agreement related to service scope, planning, construction consulting, presentation, product ordering, accompaniment during deliver and/or time frame for the support.

Our pact will be subject to Swiss Commercial Code, Article 394ff.

After mutual agreement payment mode is as follows:
50% at order placement
25% at the moment of product ordering
25% at delivery

Place of Juristiction and Applicable Law

Competent courts in Zurich/Switzerland under applicable Swiss laws, excluding bilateral treaties and conflict of laws.

Collaboration with individually selected partners, contract relations between you and the partners:

For the implementation of the project I will propose and select on your behalf experienced counterparties such as furniture stores, craftsmanship, carpenters, upholsterers, electricians and painters. Eventually the decision and selection will be yours.

I shall act as your representative and provided prior agreement conclude and sign contracts. The delivery terms of each procurement source such as furniture stores, galleries, planning offices, landscapers are as per the General Conditions of these partners which you will have approved beforehand.

Don’t likes, delivery delays, change of mind: New products are made on customer order basis and cannot be cancelled despite possible delays that may occur due to raw material shortage or excessive demand. Cancellation of contract is excluded.


For new products the industry usance is 2 years and for used merchandise 1 year.

Liability arrangements related to construction works and project implementation has to be made and covered directly with the construction company and/or architect. YESI`M Interior & Fashion Design explicitly excludes any such involvement.

In case of non-delivery by manufacturers I shall seek for alternative sources. Any prepayment related to such an event will be refunded to you.

Delivery and hand-over:

Will be organized in its entirety for you including special transport devices such as outside lift, crane or helicopter transportation in case of exceptional circumstances. Related transportation costs as well as potential customs duties and charges for imported merchandise will be invoiced directly to you.
